Alison Brown
PERINATAL & INFANT MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN (she/her)
Alison is a gentle and compassionate clinician with a special interest in supporting mothers, fathers and babies during the perinatal period. She provides a warm and connecting space for women and their families to feel safe, heard, held, and empowered.
Alison works collaboratively with soon-to-be parents, new parents, and parents with mental health concerns to strengthen their relationships with their infants, build their parenting confidence and manage the challenges of parenting. She offers in-clinic, telehealth and home-visits to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
Alison is an endorsed mental health occupational therapist and has over 10 years’ experience working in the public mental health sector. She utilises evidence-based therapies from an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach to support the needs of clients. She has also completed specialist training in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health with the Perinatal Training Centre, and is a trained Circle of Security Parenting program facilitator.

Emily Fraser
PERINATAL PSYCHOLOGIST (she/her)
Emily is a warm and nurturing psychologist with a special interest in perinatal and infant mental health. She provides support to individuals and families throughout the entire perinatal and early parenting journey, including those undergoing fertility treatment and families who have experienced perinatal loss.
Emily understands the challenges that can arise when trying to grow and raise family, and therefore provides a supportive and safe place for her clients to navigate through their experiences to create meaningful change.
She brings a flexible approach to evidence-based practice by drawing on various therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and circle of security parenting (COSP) strategies. Emily has completed specialist training in Perinatal Mental Health with the Perinatal Training Centre and is also authorised to deliver non-directive pregnancy counselling.

Dr Shanna Logan
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST (she/her)
Shanna is a clinical psychologist dedicated to perinatal mental health. She takes a warm and engaging approach to assist families to navigate the difficulties that can arise throughout the fertility and parenting journey.
Shanna draws on therapy modalities that are person centred and emotion focused. She is trained in specialised therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), schema focused therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and circle of security parenting (COSP) program strategies. Shanna also offers couple therapy using emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
She has completed specialist training in Perinatal Mental Health with the Perinatal Training Centre. Shanna is also a trained COSP Program facilitator, is authorised to deliver non-directive pregnancy counselling, and is an AHPRA board approved supervisor.
